Nice one! You've left me wanting to know how you are following up this research - it seems like lots left to be explored from mechanisms of action all the way up to education programmes for those at risk. Great work

Women have many demands on their energy! This research will enhance well-being and health of all women. Because women influence the health and well-being of their families too.

Fantastic work Katherine. So important for the health of the women themselves but also because they will also bring up our future generation of children and athletes. We need a balance of information about how to really make healthy choices which is based on evidence and considers the lifestyle of the individual.

Great video Katherine, and very interesting findings from your study. I hope lots of females (athletes and non-athletes) get the important messages you raise about nutrition and training demands. Best wishes for the competition too!
